To continue our growth, Next Step is seeking a high energy Director of Operations to manage the company's operations and client support activities. The successful candidate for this key role will be passionate about making a real difference to Next Step and our clients. He or she should have prior experience providing high client satisfaction through diverse workforces (including contractors and virtual team members) and delivering projects and programs on time and on budget using structured internal processes.
